31 Weeks!

How far along? 31 weeks

How big is baby?  about the size of a pineapple- one of my favorites!!! She is 15.2 to 16.7 inches long and weighs about 2.5 to 3.8 pounds

Total weight gain? 17 lbs

Food cravings? nothing imparticular, but Nathan cooked fajitas on Memorial Day and OH MY GOODNESS! The best things ever!

Symptoms:  still tailbone pain and lower back pain

Ah-ha Moment-  I have noticed for a couple of weeks the spots on the sides of my body (looks like I was pinched by clothing, but it didn't make since because I hadn't worn anything that would pinch me there and that would stay for that long).  So, I tell my aunt today how funny it is that I have these spots in the exact same spot on my body on both sides.  So, she looks at them and says...."I think they're stretch marks!"  Well, duh!  I don't know what I was thinking.lol----so, "Hello stretch marks!" I was wondering if you'd show up.hehe

How big is baby?  The size of a cucumber. 15.2- to 16.7-inch, 2.5- to 3.8-pounds

Total weight gain?  I go this Friday to the doctor so I will have an update then.

Food cravings? BLT's and Vanilla Drumsticks with chocolate syrup! Yummy!

Symptoms:  tailbone pain for the last 4 or so and the other day my leg felt like it was going to snap in two ( I guess the extra weight.lol), the same day I got a really bad leg cramp. I think my feet swelled for the first noticable time today.  My shoes left bruises on my feet--won't wear those again. It's all worth it though!

Mood this week:  Excited, Anxious, Nervous.  I can't believe we are 10 weeks away from meeting our baby girl.  We have gone to two childbirth classes now and it has become real that at some point she is going to have to come out.  Friday night I had dreams all night that I was going into labor.  I guess I'm nervous about it.

Movement: It seems like her movements have picked up this week and seem a little stronger.

What I’m looking forward to: The moment Mallorie is full term. 

Next appointment: Friday, May 25th - Can't wait to hear my little girl's hearbeat again.

29 weeks!

Hello Third Trimester!!!

Wow! I can't believe in only 12 short weeks I will holding my baby girl. This is just unbelievable. I can't wait to meet her and constantly wonder what she will look like and be like.

Fun Times, Shower, 27 weeks!

I am a little behind on posting because I've been getting to hang out with these wonderful people all week. It is has been so fun!

Last Saturday family and friends threw Mallorie a baby shower.  Oh my goodness, she got so many cute things!

And now, for the belly picture this week. I can't believe this is my last week in the 2nd trimester. I go to the doctor tomorrow and have my glucose test done. Pray for good results!
