Mallorie was given the okay to start solids when she turned 4 months. We are just introducing food for fun when we feel like it. She doesn't eat solids everyday, but it sooooooo ready for our food and drinks. She reaches and eyes them all day long!

So far, Mallorie....

-LOVES rice cereal

-Likes Peas

-Doesn't like carrots

-Doesn't like pears (she made the funniest face eating these---like they were sour or something)

Okay, so I still can't upload any pictures. I click on the little picture icon to upload and usually the browse button is there to search for your pictures. Well, that is what is not popping up. Anyone know what the problem is?

5 months!

My sweet baby girl is 5 months old! I cannot believe it. She is growing up so fast and just getting cuter by the day. This was a very big month for Mallorie. First, I forgot to write that over thanksgiving you rolled from your back to your tummy. You were on a pillow so you had a little bit of help, but it still happened. I of course missed it! On New Years Eve you strated rolling from your tummy to your back. I just love it! Next big thing that happened is that you have started reaching out for me. Melts my heart each time. You have also officially said your first word!!!- "hi" . Nathan, me, and my mom were all in her room and Nathan looked at Mal and said hi and she immediately repeated him. We were all stunned. You also celebrated your 1st Christmas and got lots of goodies. This last week you got your first cold-poor thing. But you have been a trooper and I have too! I did not fall apart like I thought I would. During this time you were sick we had you sleep in your swing so you would be upright and several times now you have started your nap awake in your swing and have fallen asleep without fussing. This is very monumental! I'm so proud and also a little lost that I don't need to bounce you to sleep. But, now that you are getting well you want nothing to do with your swing!lol I think you have a love/hate relationship with it. You are starting to stay awake longer and just laugh and talk all the time. You are wearing a size 3 diaper and wear 6-9 month clothing. We just love you to pieces.

I have adorable pictures to post, but blogger is STILL not letting me upload them. So, maybe later I can add them in. I am SOOOOOOO frusterated!
